It is an Extra Brut made up of 50% Chardonnay from Sezanne, 30% Pinot Noir from Avenay-Val-d'Or and 20% Pinot Meunier from Cuis. About 30% comes from perpetual reserves begun in 1986. It refines 8 months on wood and stainless yeasts, ages 2/4 years in the cellar depending on the vintage.
