It is the flagship wine of the company, born in 1997, as a bearer of a strong and clear wine message: Friulian white wines, in their best productive expressions, have nothing to envy both in terms of quality and longevity to others big of the international 'bianchista' scene. It is precisely the longevity that the Vespa Bianco has made its strength and built its future, splendid, destiny, giving us still today some qualitative expressions that make us definitely dream. Thanks to the elegance conferred by Chardonnnay, to the structure provided by the Sauvignon, harvested late, and to the creaminess donated by Picolit, this wine represents the enological summa for a Friulian blend and is rightly considered as one of the best white wines in Italy. Since his youth his color gives shades of yellow and gold of ancient reflections, very bright and extraordinarily clean. On the nose the notes of wax, of apricots in spirit, of broom and honey give the wine an immediate fresh yet structured impact. Its minerality is incredible, elevating it vertically and giving it extraordinary freshness. In the mouth all the complexity, the enveloping, the silkiness and the structure of the wine expand with incredible finesse and elegance giving life to sensations of caressing voluptuousness. Incredible when aged for several (ten and more) years. A wine that goes perfectly with coquillages and crustaceans although it serenely faces any type of white meat and structured preparation (even smoked). Unrepeatable if enjoyed alone.
