The most important wine of the Campo di Sasso estate owned by Tenuta di Biserno. He was born with the 2003 vintage, a famous hot summer, which helped produce a great Syrah and created a large number of fans. 2015 was a fantastic year also because we have reached 12 years of this wine with two extraordinary years. It is an excellent wine also in relation to its price. It is composed of 32% Syrah and the remaining part is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Insoglio del Cinghiale is a fleshy wine, coming from the distinctive terroir of the Maremma. The peppery characteristics derive from Syrah and make it the ideal accompaniment for game dishes, such as the wild local wild boar (from which it takes its name), roast pheasant or stewed game.
