Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Valpantena 2017 - Bertani
Intense red color with violet reflections. On the nose the aromas of very ripe cherry, black cherry, wild berries, spicy notes and dried fruit, typical of Valpantena, stand out sharply and intensely. The taste of red fruits is found in the mouth together with the soft tannins that give the wine thickness.
The historic dedication of Bertani to the production of Amarone is renewed in this wine that is born on the hills of Valpantena, offering a modern and balanced Amarone, always authentic and rich in substance. New fermentation technologies and new drying methods allow this wine to find balance and elegance in the exuberant notes of fruit, with a taste of blackberry, cherry and the spicy notes typical of this valley. The name Valpantena, valley of all the gods, derives from the pantheon built at the mouth of the valley which highlighted its particular agricultural vocation, recognized since Roman times.
Deep garnet red, vinous and intense. The nose underlines with great varietal impact all its potential, ranging from red fruits to the undergrowth, from tobacco to chocolate, in continuous evolution over time. On the palate it is compact, of infinite power but of great balance.
