Sancta Catharina can be defined as the supertuscan of the Dei di Montepulciano winery. A rich, deep and intense wine, full of substance and great aging potential. Here two very different interpretations: 2013 and BV (Blend Vintage), where we find in 2011 and 2012, two not very productive vintages, but with complementary characteristics that have allowed the creation of this blend.
Obtained from Sangiovese grapes (called in Montepulciano Prugnolo Gentile), Canaiolo nero and Mammolo. Lively ruby red color tending to garnet. Intense and delicate aroma, dry flavor. Slightly tannic, it is a typical wine that stands out for its characteristics of delicacy and aroma.
Ruby red color. Intense and persistent bouquet, ample and ethereal. Various fragrances, from small fruits to jam and undergrowth. The taste is harmonious and elegant. Intense tannins but sculpted by a long aging process.
Intense purple-red color with violet reflections. The nose strikes the intense and clean scent of ripe red fruit and notes of dark fruit, such as blackberry, black currant and ripe cherry. Velvety and harmonious red, full and round while maintaining a lively and intense nerve, with a savory...
100% Syrah. A complex and structured wine. The grapes are matured more to increase their concentration. Terra Solla is the result of a Syrah blend of the best batches of wine of the year that rest in French oak tonneau. Hints of ripe fruit and dark spices, I open to a large and warm sip, with...

Sancta Catharina is an intense, complex wine, with complex aromas of raspberry, blackberry and hints of dark chocolate. Full bodied with velvety tannins and a long fruity finish, it brings together the ease of the Sangiovese grape with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Ruby red tending to garnet, brilliant. Ethereal, characteristic, extraordinarily elegant, with a slight hint of violet and precious wood. Dry, sapid, harmonious, velvety with complex aromas ranging from exotic fruit to balsamic, very elegant, highly noble fabric.
"Amarone is drunk in important dinners in fine restaurants, drinking from a barbecue with friends, drinking accompanied by game or pecorino, but also admiring a landscape. It is a total wine, suitable for any occasion of contemplation, whether it be of food or scenes of everyday life "
Extremely complex wine with a ruby red color. The nose is pure fun, the small red and black fruits, the pepper, the ethereal puffs of paint. In the mouth it is direct and elegant, the tannin is present and integrated, less broad than the classic syrah but more tapered.
